미국 음반 산업 협회(RIAA)에서 플래티넘 X 13, 호주 음반 산업 협회(ARIA)에서 플래티넘 X 7, 캐나다 뮤직 캐나다(MC)에서 다이아몬드 인증을 받았고 2011년 가장 많이 팔린 디지털 싱글로 무려 글로벌 세일즈 1,250만 유닛 이상 판매되어 "Elite Group of Best-Selling Singles Worldwide"(전 세계에서 가장 많이 팔린 싱글의 엘리트 그룹)에 합류했다.

이 곡의 뮤직비디오는 Ethan Lader가 전작인 Nothin' On You에 이어 감독하였는데, 당시 유행하던 컷아웃 애니메이션 기법을 사용하였고, 페루 태생의 호주 여배우 Nathalie Kelley가 출연하였다.
피처링이긴 했지만 Nothin' On You로 화려하게 데뷔한 Bruno Mars는 자신의 이름으로 발표한 데뷔 싱글인 "Just Way You Are"로 화려하게 등장하였는데, 가창력, 춤, 작곡, 연주, 퍼포먼스 모두 전세계 최정상급인 명실상부 팝의 '5Tool Player'이자 제 2의 King of Pop이라는 수식어가 나오고 있을 정도로 다재다능함을 뽐내고 있다.
