"Poker Face"는 Lady Gaga의 데뷔앨범 <The Fame>에 수록된 곡으로, Lady Gaga와 Nadir "RedOne" Khayat 이 작곡하고 Nadir "RedOne" Khayat이 프로듀싱하였다. 앨범의 사실상의 타이틀 곡이라고 할 수 있는데, "Just Dance"에 이어 2번째 싱글로 발매되어 빌보드 HOT 100, 영국, 호주, 오스트리아, 캐나다, 프랑스, 독일, 아일랜드, 뉴질랜드등 전세계 차트에서 1위를 차지했으며 전 세계적으로 1,400만장이라는 어마어마한 판매고를 기록했다 (인기에 힘입어 2015년 RIAA로부터 천만 장 이상 판매를 의미하는 다이아몬드 인증을 획득했다.)

또한 그 자체로 플레이 하는 카드의 문양인 동시에 각각 파괴, 사랑을 의미하는 스페이드, 하트와 그 외에도 Check, Pair, Bluffin' 등의 도박 용어가 중의적으로 쓰이고 있다.
