"I Love Your Smile"은 미국의 싱어송라이터이자 배우이자 댄서인 Shanice의 두 번째 스튜디오 앨범 <Inner Child>에 수록된 곡으로, Shanice & Jarvis La Rue Baker & Sylvester Jackson & Narada Michael Walden 이 공동으로 만들었고, Narada Michael Walden이 프로듀싱 하였다.
그녀의 커리어를 통틀어 가장 성공한 이 곡은 1991년 앨범의 리드 싱글로 발매되어 91년에서 92년에 걸쳐 크게 히트하면서 빌보드 HOT 100에서 2위에 올랐고, 빌보드 HOT R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks 에서 1위를 차지하였으며, 영국 싱글 차트 2위, 네덜란드에서는 Dutch Top 40에 오르는 등 히트 하였다. 또한 1992년 그래미 어워드 최우수 여성 R&B 보컬 퍼포먼스 부문 후보에 노미네이트 되기도 했다.
뮤직비디오는 90년초의 밝은 시대상을 그대로 투영한 전형적인 색감과 구도를 가지고 있는데, 당시 18세 였던 Shanice (본명 Shanice Lorraine Wilson-Knox)의 청량한 미소가 유독 눈에 띤다.
이 곡에서는 중간중간 딩~동~뎅~동~ 하는 Jingle-Bell(체명악기)이 눈에 띄는데, 체명악기의 특징 때문에 느껴지는 기시감인 것인지, 아니면 실제로 차용을 해온것인지는 모르겠으나, 김건모의 "잠못드는 밤 비는 내리고"를 쉽게 떠올리게 된다.
